Founded in 1999 by Moshe and Tracy Segebre, Estetique® has evolved into one of the leading international brands in professional medical aesthetics — with technologies placed in more than 1,000 centers across 25 countries throughout the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean, and beyond.
Unlike traditional equipment distributors, Estetique® developed its own international brand identity — combining advanced aesthetic technologies, luxury positioning, social media strategy, education, financing support, and long-term business development into a complete ecosystem for medical spas, dermatology clinics, plastic surgery centers, and wellness practices.
Today, Estetique® technologies span body contouring, radiofrequency systems, RF microneedling, CO2 laser resurfacing, diode laser hair removal, and advanced rejuvenation platforms — generating tens of millions of dollars in global sales while building one of the most recognized independent aesthetic brands in Latin America and the Hispanic market.

Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, Moshe Segebre is a multilingual entrepreneur, international businessman, and co-founder of Estetique® Inc. USA. Together with his wife Tracy, he founded Estetique® in 1999 with the vision of creating an international aesthetic brand capable of competing on a global level while serving the rapidly growing non-invasive medical aesthetics market throughout the Americas.
Throughout his career, Moshe has interacted with global leaders, Nobel laureates, presidents, prime ministers, and internationally recognized public figures — including President Bill Clinton, President Jimmy Carter, President Barack Obama, Secretary-General Kofi Annan, Prime Minister Mark Rutte, Nobel laureate Gabriel García Márquez, and Dr. Billy Graham. He was among the final visitors to privately meet and pray with Dr. Graham at his Montreat home in North Carolina, and later attended the Billy Graham Library dedication ceremony alongside Presidents George W. Bush, Jimmy Carter, and Bill Clinton.
Moshe was also the first Colombian to run for the United States Congress. Fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese, he has combined business, diplomacy, branding, and philanthropy throughout his career.
Born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Tracy (Harder) Segebre is the strategic force behind much of Estetique®'s international growth, branding, operational structure, and marketing innovation. Raised in a multicultural missionary family, she developed a unique global perspective that became central to the company's international expansion.
Tracy has played a critical role in positioning Estetique® as a leader in the non-invasive aesthetic market, particularly throughout Latin America and the Hispanic market in the United States. Through pioneering social media strategies, internet marketing campaigns, luxury branding concepts, educational seminars, and provider support systems, Tracy helped redefine how aesthetic equipment is marketed and integrated into modern aesthetic practices.
Her perfectionism, discipline, and attention to detail complement Moshe's visionary leadership style — creating a powerful entrepreneurial partnership that has shaped the company for more than two decades. Under her leadership, Estetique® experienced accelerated international growth, expanded its global visibility, and strengthened its reputation as a premium aesthetic brand with a distinctly entrepreneurial spirit.
