Does the machine not turn on?

  • Plug machine into a verified funciontional power supply socket.

  • Change the power cord.

  • Disengage the emergency button by pressing and turning to the right.

  • Ensure the air switch button is engaged to on.

  • Install new fuses.

Is there uneven energy output?

  • Adjust laser bean path.

  • Clean the probe lens with alcohol. Do not fire laser until the lens is completely dry or you might caught damage to the lens.

Does the air hose not work?

  • Reinstall the air hose correctly as per Section 03, Subsection D Instalation of Air Hose.

  • Contact the Estetique Service Department.

Does the screen not light up?

  • Turn the machine on, following the prior instructions.

  • If everything looks normal but still does not work, contact the service center.

  • Contact the Estetique Service Department.

Is there no infrared ray indicator?

  • Reintall the laser arm properly as per Section 03, Subsection B Installation of Articulated Arm, ensuring that both the data cable and air hose are properly connected and not bent. The laser arm should be able to move freely un to 360 degrees.
